Here's a bit of background for those you not acquainted with the term - Treasure Valley.  The Treasure Valley is located in Southwest Idaho.  It includes the cities within Ada County and Canyon County - both offering unique lifestyles.  Ada County cities are:  Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Kuna, Star and Garden City.  Canyon County cities are:  Nampa, Caldwell, Middleton.

Bank Owned, Short Sale and Foreclosure Property

There is a tremendous opportunity in the current market to purchase homes at historically low prices, with very low interest rates.  Buyers have a large inventory to choose from.  Bank owned properties offer best value, since banks don’t want to hold on to a distressed asset, and would prefer to price competitively to get it sold quickly.  I can also help with foreclosure avoidance counseling –a short sale is one solution.  But short sales can be frustrating – if you get involved in the short sale process, be sure to use a Realtor with lots of short sale experience.
